Shipping policy

Order processing time.

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ( Monday - friday, excluding holidays).
• You will recieve a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping countries.

• We currently ship to the United States only.
• If your address is outside our delivery area, your order will not be accepted at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery times.

• Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on your delivery address and order weight /size. 
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 5 to 8 business days for standard shipping.
• These are estimates only actual delivery times may very due to career delays, customs or high volume periods.

Order tracking.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via Track.
• Tracking update can take 24 to 72 hours to appear after you receive your tracking link. 
• For in the United States most orders will not incur custom duties. If any important duties, taxes, or custom fees are charged by local authorities, the customer is responsible for those charges.

Wrong address and failed delivery.

• Please double check your shipping address at checkout
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
• If a parcel is return to  us due to an incorrect or incomplete address reshipping cost may apply.

Lost or damaged packages.

• If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it please first check with neighbours or household members and your local carrier office.
• If your item arrives damage contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging and we will help you with the solution according to our refund or return policy.
