To cozy paws,your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable items : 

For safety and hygiene reasons,we cannot accept returns for : 

  • Used pet products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your fund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items : 

if your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping : 

If the return is due to our mistake ( damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. 

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
